Account Information
Customers and authorized staff may create accounts with an email address and password. We store this information to authenticate users and manage access.
Contact & Inquiry Information
When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.
Inventory Data
Staff enter product information (tire and wheel details, descriptions, pricing, and condition notes) as part of normal business operations. Product listings may be displayed on our public website.
Photos
Our mobile app may request access to your device's camera and photo library so staff can photograph inventory items. Photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and may appear on public product listings.
Orders & Pickup
When you place a pickup order online, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), requested pickup date and time, cart contents, and any notes you provide. Payment is collected in store at pickup — we do not collect payment card information through the website.
Shop by Vehicle
When you use our vehicle fitment lookup (year, make, model, trim), we process those selections to suggest compatible tire sizes. We may log request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) to protect against abuse and automated scraping.
Cart & Browser Storage
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) until you check out or clear it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the storefront.
Usage Data
We may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, and session activity logs to diagnose errors and improve stability.

Data is stored using Supabase and Vercel with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). Access to staff tools is restricted to authenticated users with valid credentials.

We share information only with infrastructure providers required to operate the Services (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Resend for email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
